Thomas Development closed on these twin structures in Ballston, Virginia in 2021. This seven unit apartment project is located near Metro and Amazon HQ2. These units have been renovated and are grossing well above market yields through a short term rental partner, Zeus Living, and through the limited use of Airbnb and VRBO. Projected returns for passive investors are in the low 20% IRRs. Thomas Development also believes there is potential for assemblage and redevelopment of the block, and is in touch with the neighboring owners.
