Our Mission

Thomas Development is focused on two separate missions:  

1) Luxury Rentals and Hospitality and 2) Affordable Housing. We believe that both are important to a balanced community. Basically, we work to improve the DMV’s housing stock through rehabilitation and new construction projects, while preserving affordable housing and delivering above market returns to our investors.  

We focus on Washington, D.C. and the surrounding markets given our proven knowledge of the people and culture in this area, as well as our deep understanding of the city and community goals. In meeting the demand for this critical market, we will find opportunities that allow us to return above market profits to our investors by finding the right sites for such projects and delivering quality work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
