Our Team

Colin Thomas has worked in real estate in the DC Metro Area since 2015, working in acquisitions and development. In his work with Thomas Development, Mr. Thomas has led efforts to entitle both small and institutionally-sized apartment development projects, with a focus on the Georgia Avenue corridor. Much of this entitlement work has included presenting to and courting contentious community groups. Prior to his focus on pre-development, Mr. Thomas led acquisition efforts for Marcus Asset Group and partner company Pecar Properties. He participated in construction management of multiple condominium projects, and aiding the asset management efforts of both firms. 

Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and recently acquired his MBA at Virginia’s Darden School of Business. 

Mae Jadormio brings over eight years of experience in real estate and property management and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to Colin Thomas at Thomas Development. In this role, she manages daily operations, facilitates communication among guests, tenants, vendors, and ensures seamless coordination across teams.

Mae holds a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, equipping her with a solid understanding of business operations and regulatory compliance.
