Thomas Development, acting as “Old Town Partners LLC” with partner Jacob Hamilton, closed on 100 W Taylor Run Parkway in June of 2022, and is currently renovating the project. This 8 unit apartment building is located in the Seminary Hill neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the DC Metro, with headwinds from Amazon’s HQ2 and Virginia Tech’s innovation campus. The project is a small apartment building that will provide quality, high end housing.
