Georgia Avenue Gateway

Georgia Avenue Gateway is a 12,000 square foot strip center located at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Eastern Avenue. Marcus Asset Group and Thomas Development are working to build a 180+ unit mixed use development project with a grocery store anchor at the site.  This project requires a change to the Comprehensive Plan and a Map Amendment or PUD in order to achieve the appropriate density for the site.
